Can you fix it the same day?+
Yes — in most of our 13 GTA service areas a technician can arrive within 30–60 minutes, and we stock common parts in the van, so most repairs finish in one visit.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?+
Every repair comes with a 90-day written warranty on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within the period, we come back and fix it free of charge.
Which brands do you service?+
All major brands — Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Maytag, Bosch and more, plus premium makes like Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Thermador. We use genuine OEM parts.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?+
If the repair costs less than about half the price of a comparable new unit and the appliance isn’t near end of life, repairing is usually better value. After the diagnostic we give an honest recommendation with no pressure.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit cards, debit and e-transfer. You get a written, itemized invoice for every job, and payment is due once the repair is complete and tested.
